How can I get to the hotel?

I plan to be late. Until what time can I check-in?

You can check-in at any time as our reception is open 24 hours a day.

Is the entrance to the hotel open during the night?

You can enter and leave the hotel at any time of the day and night. Our reception is active 24 hours a day.

What time can I enter the room?

The time of entry to the room is from 14:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage, enjoy our facilities and make the necessary arrangements at reception.

What time should I leave the room?

The check out time of the room is until 12:00 maximum. We have the option of a LATE CHECK OUT (until 14h) with a cost of 50€ per room. Late check out is always subject to hotel availability.

Can I bring my pet?

At Bakour Lanzarote Splash Hotel we don't accept pets.

What are the opening hours of the buffet restaurant?

We have a buffet restaurant with show cooking that offers breakfast service (8:00 to 10:00), lunch (13:00 to 14:30) and dinner (19:30 to 21:30).

What drinks are included in the buffet restaurant?

In the buffet restaurant you will have water, juices, soft drinks, red, rosé and white wine, cava, coffe and tea.

I have a food intolerance. Can I eat at the hotel buffet?

Our staff is qualified to offer food suitable for people with food intolerances or allergies. Just let us know in the comments of your reservation and/or directly at the hotel.

What are the opening hours of the pool bar?

The pool bar is open from 10:00 to 00:00, and we also have a food truck and a self-service snack and drinks area.

Does the hotel have a gym?

The hotel does not have a gym.

Does the hotel have a laundry service?

The hotel does not have a laundry service available to customers. There is a nearby business that offers a coin-operated self-laundry service. It is located next to the hotel entrance and has clothes washing and drying machines. The establishment's hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The reception staff can provide you with more information about this service.

What conditions does the all-inclusive have?

At what age is considered a baby?

Babies are considered to be those under 2 years of age. They have no additional cost.

At what age is the child rate considered?

From 2 to 10 years old it is considered a child rate. With 11 years or more years, it is already considered an adult rate.

How can I request a cot?

Cots are free. You must request them in advance at the time of making the reservation in the observations section or you can request it by email to, specifying your name and reservation number.

Does the hotel have an entertainment service?

The hotel has a fantastic entertainment service with activities for all ages during the day and in the evenings. Fun is guaranteed!

Entertainment hours are from 10:30 to 16:30 and from 20:30 to 22:30.

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation conditions for your booking can be viewed at any time during the booking process and are algo detailed in the booking confirmation that you will receive by email after you have completed your booking.

I want to modify or cancel my reservation. Can?

If you have booked through our official website, you can modify or cancel your booking in the "My bookings" section in the drop-down menu, by entering your email address and the booking reference number that appears on the booking confirmation. If you have made your booking through another channel/agency, you should contact them directly. For any questions/queries:

How many pools does the hotel have?

The hotel has three outdoor pools (2 pools with a water park) and a central pool with a solarium area and hammocks.

Are all three pools heated?

We do not have heated pools (officially considered to have water temperatures between 24 and 30 degrees). However, during the winter months we have our own system with solar panels that raise the water temperature of our pools to approximately 22-23 degrees, for the comfort of our guests.

Does the hotel offer a pool towel service?

Yes, the hotel offers a towel service with a deposit of 10€, to be collected at reception.

Are all swimming pools saltwater?

Yes, all three pools are saltwater pools.

What are the opening hours of the swimming pool and water park?

Both the pool and the water park open at 09:30 and close at 18:30.

Does the hotel have a Day Pass? What are the conditions?

Yes, the hotel has a Day Pass. The conditions are the following:

Price: 35€ adults/25€ children (2 to 11 years old).
Includes: use of the swimming pools/water parks and lunch at the buffet restaurant with drinks included.
*Not included: drinks and snacks in the pool bar or in our food truck. (If the client wants to enjoy drinks and snacks, they must pay separately).
Opening hours: Entrance from 10:00 to 19:00.
